Why It’s Important to Keep Your Provider Directory Information Current
True Health New Mexico is working to comply with the requirements of the federal Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA). In accordance with the CAA and in an effort to ensure that True Health New Mexico members can locate current information for in-network providers and facilities, it is important that all our contracted providers keep their information up-to-date.
Providers must check to see if their name, address, telephone number, and email address are current in our online Provider Directory.* If any of your information has changed, please email those changes within 90 days to the True Health New Mexico Provider Services team via your roster to provider.services@truehealthnewmexico.com.
If you do not have a copy of your most recent roster, please request it by emailing provider.services@truehealthnewmexico.com.

*Not all of our contracted providers appear in the directory. For example, radiologists and anesthesiologists are suppressed from the directory.
