How to Pay Your Bill: Individual/Family Plan Members Only
Important! Please Read First
  1. Please do not pay your bill until you have received an invoice. If you try to make a payment before we have sent you an invoice – online, by phone, or by check – our systems will not accept your payment.
  2. We appreciate your promptness in paying your bill. We are working as quickly as possible to process the high volume of enrollment and re-enrollment files. Once we have your enrollment/re-enrollment file processed, we will create your invoice and send it to you.
  3. You will have 15 days from the due date of your bill to make payment before any past-due notice is sent.
  4. Once we receive your payment, it can take 24 to 48 hours for your payment to be posted to your account.

  • To set up automatic payment withdrawals online, please click on the E-Bill Express link above.
  • If you would like True Health New Mexico to set up your automatic payment withdrawals, please complete an individual authorization form.
  • Mail your completed form to True Health New Mexico, Attn: Finance, P.O. Box 37200, Albuquerque, NM 87176.
Pay by Check or Money Order
  • After you receive your bill, please mail your check to True Health New Mexico, P.O. Box 913133, Denver, CO 80291-3133.
  • If you have not received a bill, please call 1-844-508-4677.
