Seeking Healthcare Services
True Health New Mexico is still providing coverage for members enrolled in our plans through June 30, 2023. If you are a current member and denied services by an in-network provider, please do the following.
- Give the provider your current I.D. card and ask them to verify eligibility, either on-line or with True Health New Mexico customer service.
- If services are still denied, please contact customer service at 1-844-508-4677 and provide the customer service representative the contact information of the provider including name, provider group, and phone number.
